Refund policy
The 30-day Return & Exchange window begins from the day the item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To process your return, please send an email to info@loomlegacy.com. Include your order number in the subject line, and let us know which items you'd like to send back!
We will provide the return instructions and where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommended getting proof of postage when returning goods in the event that a package gets lost.
Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned items and we do not provide a refund for the shipping cost of the order.
When your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
